A booking will only be confirmed when full payment is received. 10% of this payment is strictly non-refundable, except in circumstances where LeTransfer.co.uk, due to causes beyond its control, cancels the booking.

Notification of any cancellation must be given in writing. If a booking is cancelled more than 30 days before travel with LeTransfer.co.uk, 90% of the payment will be refunded. If a booking is cancelled within 30 days of the date of travel, there will be no refund.

Confirmation of a booking will be in the form of an e-mail. This confirmation e-mail constitutes the ticket. The arrival and departure airports, flight times and the destination address will be stated on this confirmation e-mail. The destination address is where you will be dropped off and picked up. It is your responsibility to check that these details are correct, and LeTransfer.co.uk will not accept any responsibility for any misinformation given by you.

All passengers and luggage are carried subject to these terms and conditions. Where two or more people are included on the same booking, the person purchasing the booking is deemed to do so on the basis that he/she acts as an agent for all members of the party and accepts these booking conditions on behalf of each member of the party.

Passengers are limited to two items of luggage each which includes a ski or snowboard bag. Any luggage in excess of this limit must be declared at the time of booking. In the event of a passenger arriving with excess luggage, LeTransfer.co.uk reserves the right to refuse to carry the items.

LeTransfer.co.uk reserves the right, and delegates to its drivers the right, to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour is considered to pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle or the other passengers.

Neither smoking nor the consumption of alcohol is permitted on LeTransfer.co.uk vehicles.

LeTransfer.co.uk vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims as required under French Law, however passengers’ property is carried entirely at their own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage.

In the case of your flight being delayed, LeTransfer.co.uk will wait free of charge for 90 minutes from your scheduled arrival time. If your flight is delayed for more than 90 minutes, LeTransfer.co.uk reserves the right to suspend your booking in order to carry on with other clients’ bookings. LeTransfer.co.uk will endeavour to continue with your booking as soon as possible after the arrival of your flight, but clients should understand that it could be a considerable time until a vehicle is available. In order for us to provide the best possible service, we ask you to keep us informed about delays to flights.

LeTransfer.co.uk will endeavour to carry out the transfers as detailed in the confirmation e-mail. LeTransfer.co.uk will not incur any liability whatsoever in the event of any delay due to causes beyond its control. Examples of causes beyond our control include but are not limited to the following:

If LeTransfer.co.uk fail for any reason to carry out a transfer as defined in the confirmation e-mail, LeTransfer.co.uk will provide suitable alternative transport to carry its clients to their destination. Any reimbursement for the costs of an alternative means of transport incurred by a client to get to their destination (as stated in the confirmation e-mail) shall be no more than the cost of getting to that destination by taxi.

Where LeTransfer.co.uk books travel on services provided by operators other than LeTransfer.co.uk we do so as agents for the operator concerned whose own conditions of carriage will apply and our liability will be confined to travel on our own services.

LeTransfer.co.uk shall only be liable for any reasonable and foreseeable consequential losses arising directly out of a breach in contract. Nothing can affect the consumers' statutory rights. LeTransfer.co.uk’s Terms and conditions are governed by French Law. Any dispute between LeTransfer.co.uk and a third party, if not resolved by mutual agreement shall be referred to a mediator. However, if mediation is unsuccessful, then the matter of the dispute will be referred to a formal litigation process through the French courts.
